STOOLS
I made six of these small, simple stools. I wanted to create something tangible, something for people, something that evokes the feeling that it has existed for a long time, forever. For some reason, works like these bring a deep sense of meaning and depth to the way I work. This, in turn, reflects back on larger, more demanding pieces that require deeper commitment. It’s good to create something small and “simple.”
